Terms of use of the webpage
By accessing the webpage www.polustowers.sk and browsing its content, you acknowledge these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please leave the Webpage and refrain from using it further.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

The provider of the Information Society Service on the Webpage is the Company.
Access to the Webpage is freely available, and the Information Society Services are provided to Users free of charge.

These Terms of Use govern the rights and obligations of the Company, as the provider of the Information Society Service, and of Users, as persons using these services.
The Information Society Services provided through the Webpage include, in particular: displaying content and information within thematic areas covered by the Webpage; presenting the administrative building, premises located in the building, and related services or facilities, including providing information about leasing opportunities; enabling the User to express interest in leasing premises via the Webpage, request additional information, arrange a viewing, request a price offer, or request contact by the Company or a person designated by the Company; personalizing content and information according to User preferences; searching for information on the Webpage; displaying personalized advertising on the Webpage; and other services in accordance with these Terms of Use, whereby the User agrees that the Company shall have the exclusive right to determine the specific parameters of such services..
Information published on the Webpage is for informational purposes only.
The Company is entitled to restrict or deny the User access to the Webpage if the User breaches these Terms of Use or if such restriction is necessary for security or operational reasons.
The Company reserves the right to remove, modify, supplement, or update any content or functionality of the Webpage at any time, even without prior notice.
The Company displays its own advertising or advertising of third parties, and may, at its sole discretion, change, expand, or adjust its scope at any time, including in line with User preferences.
The Company may provide links on the Webpage to third-party webpages or resources, for the content, availability, and operation of which it assumes no responsibility.
In the event of notification of unlawful content or other awareness of facts objectively indicating the unlawfulness of content located on the Webpage and/or any part thereof, the Company shall act promptly and remove or disable access to information related to the identified unlawful situation, if in the Company’s opinion such content is or may be associated with unlawful conduct in connection with the content published on the Webpage.
The User has the right to use the Information Society Services in accordance with these Terms of Use and applicable generally binding legal regulations.
The User is obliged to immediately notify the Company of any suspicion of unlawful content on the Webpage and/or any part thereof that may affect the User or another natural or legal person, and to precisely identify the content that is alleged to infringe the rights and freedoms of the affected person, as well as specify what the User requests from the Company (e.g. removal of content) and the reasons why the content is considered unlawful.
The User is particularly prohibited from:
- modifying, altering, or interfering with the Webpage in any unauthorized manner;
- creating copies and/or extracting content from the Webpage and using it for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior demonstrable consent of the Company;
- disrupting the integrity of data integrated into the Webpage, including any part thereof;
- disrupting or altering graphic elements, layout, structure, texts, or databases used by the Webpage;
- attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Company’s information systems through the Webpage;
- attempting to modify the machine or source code of the Webpage, reverse engineer it, or otherwise interfere with its functionalities, except for its normal use;
- attempting in any other manner to disrupt the integrity and availability of information and/or functionalities available on the Webpage;
- attempting in any way to breach or compromise the confidentiality of non-publicly available information through the Webpage;
using any content protected by the Intellectual Property Act or other generally binding legal regulations published on the Webpage without the prior written consent of the Company.
If the Webpage is optimized for the processing of cookies and/or if the User’s personal data is processed through it, the Privacy Policy shall apply. At present, all Webpages are optimized for the use of cookies.
Through the Privacy Policy, the Company fulfils its information obligations pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and the User, by visiting the Webpage and using the Information Society Services, confirms that they have been informed thereof.
The Company is entitled to provide so-called electronic communication data, including so-called electronic communication metadata such as the User’s IP address, to authorized public authorities in the performance of their duties under special laws (e.g. law enforcement authorities in criminal investigations), or when reporting facts indicating suspicion of criminal activity.
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the content of the Webpage is up to date and accurate; however, it does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability.
The Company is not responsible for the automatic, temporary, and transient storage of information in the memory of an electronic device used for information retrieval (e.g. browser, computer), which is carried out solely for the purpose of making subsequent transmission of information more efficient to other recipients of the service upon their request (so-called caching).
The Company is not liable for outages, technical errors, security incidents, or any damage caused by the use or inability to use the Webpage.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages, losses, or expenses arising in connection with accessing or using the Webpage, nor for damages caused by partial or complete malfunction of the Webpage, inability to use it, or in connection with any failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, cyberattack, or other failure..
The Company is not responsible for the truthfulness, content, or form of external webpages accessible through the Webpage. The Company is not and shall not become a party to any legal relationships that the User enters into with such third parties.
The content of the Webpage is protected under the Intellectual Property Act and other legal regulations governing intellectual property rights. The Company is entitled to exercise proprietary rights to the content of the Webpage or uses such content based on the relevant authorization.
By using the Webpage and/or the Information Society Services, the User does not acquire any ownership rights, licenses, sublicenses, or other rights to the content published on the Webpage; this does not affect the User’s ability to view the content of the Webpage and use it for their own personal/domestic use in accordance with these Terms of Use.
The User must not infringe or jeopardize the copyright and intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties when using the Information Society Services.
All links to the Webpage in any form placed on the internet as a result of active action by a third party acting outside the scope of permitted private use (e.g. sharing on an individual’s personal social media profile) must be approved in advance in writing by the Company (for example, where links are used within business or other professional activities on official websites of a commercial company), unless otherwise agreed in an individual contract with the Company. In any case, regardless of whether consent is required under the previous sentence, no links to the Webpage may harm the Company, its interests, or have a defamatory or vulgar character.
A condition for granting consent to the establishment of a link to the Webpage is the agreement of the operator of the other website that the Company may revoke the authorization to link to the Webpage at any time at its sole discretion, together with the obligation of the operator of the third-party website to immediately remove all links to the Webpage and the Company’s trademark without delay upon revocation of consent by the Company.
The Company is further entitled to request the removal of a link to the Webpage if such link is misleading, harmful, or otherwise contrary to its legitimate interests, or if it creates the impression of a commercial, legal, or other association without the Company’s consent.
These Terms of Use shall enter into force on June 10th 2026.
These Terms of Use are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with Slovak law.
Any invalidity of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be decided by the competent court of the Slovak Republic.
The information provided on the Webpage does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract, unless expressly stated otherwise. By submitting an inquiry through the Webpage, no entitlement arises to conclude any contract between the Company and the User.
These Terms of Use shall also apply mutatis mutandis to services provided by the Company through social networks
The User shall be liable for any damage caused by a breach of these Terms of Use. In the event that the User causes damage to a third party by breaching these Terms of Use, by using the Webpage or by using the Information Society Services, the User shall be obliged to compensate such damage upon request.
The Company is entitled to unilaterally amend the content of these Terms of Use at any time; such amendment shall become effective upon publication of the updated version of the Terms of Use on the Webpage.
